CLUB MEETINGS
	Desert Division meetings include a member swap meet, a business meeting, an education segment and a raffle drawing.
	Meeting Particulars
All TCA members are encouraged to participate in the swap meet with seller tables provided free of charge. Doors to the Hall are opened at 8:30AM to facilitate members being able to set up their tables before the 9AM start time. The official start time of the member's swap meet is 9AM and continues until 10AM. Six to eight raffle items will be on display and tickets are sold throughout the meeting. Raffle proceeds support the club's activities. The business meeting begins at 10AM and is conducted by the Division's president. The agenda will include a Treasurer's report, a review and status report of Division projects and upcoming activities. Parliamentary procedure is observed and motions and discussion from the membership is welcome. An education segment follows the business meeting. Each month members are encouraged to bring trains or train related items that relate to a chosen theme and give a short talk on the item's history. Raffle tickets are drawn and the prizes awarded to the lucky winners. Layout visitation is announced. After some meetings, there is an opportunity to visit a member's layout or collection. Meeting is adjourned.
