National Museum Brick Display |
At
the March 2000 business meeting, the members of the Desert
Division unanimously passed a resolution to make a contribution
to the Toy Train Museum building fund through the Brick
Inscription program. Enough bricks were purchased to have
every DD member's name inscribed on the bricks. Individuals
also participated by purchasing bricks with their family
name or some inscription of their choice. The resulting
display is an impressive block measuring five by eight feet.
